I contacted the agency regarding a question about our homeowners policy because we just paid off our mortgage. I was greeted by an incredibly pleasant and personable lady by the name of Jessica. She was unexpectedly so nice and helpful for 9am on a Monday morning! The website we needed information from was down for maintenance. She immediately made a phone call, obtained the information that was needed and got right back to me! This is what I call outstanding customer service for which I so greatly appreciate. Spoke with Carlos who immediately advised me on my past due payment. He handled the transaction himself then texted me a copy of the payment confirmation. He aleved my apprehension on the forgotten late payment and assured me that in the future I will be receiving payment reminders of the premium due dates. He was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Carlos.

Advantage Insurance is an amazing company. I have worked with them for years and on multiple properties that I own. Their service is amazing and Jose and Carmen are always very helpful and complete all my requests in a very timely and accurate manner. They always look out for the best insurance choices for me. Jose tois very thorough and very quick to get back to me regarding everything I need. I highly recommend him and the Advantage Insurance Company.

I have had coverage with Advantage for 10 years with Arce as my agent. Everything went smoothly, and then she retired. My new agent confused my policies, sent my mortgage companies the wrong policies, etc... 2025 was a terrible year for me with Advantage. Now Jose Vasquez has taken over, and the experience and service is back to what I expected.
